Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Dime Learning Library Ltd, we are committed to providing transparent, fair, and consumer-friendly refund and cancellation terms for all students, researchers, and organizations enrolled in our educational workshops and technical masterclasses.

This policy applies to all tuition fees, workshop registrations, and structured educational sessions purchased through devlatticehub.click.

1. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in the United Kingdom:

• Individual consumers have the right to cancel their workshop registration within 14 calendar days from the date of enrollment confirmation without giving any reason, provided the workshop cohort has not yet commenced.
• Upon receiving a timely cancellation request within this 14-day statutory period, we will issue a 100% full refund of all tuition fees paid.

2. Cancellation Prior to Workshop Start Date

If you need to cancel your attendance outside or beyond the statutory 14-day cooling-off window:

• Notice Received 14 or More Days Prior to Session 1: You are eligible for a 100% refund or a complimentary transfer to an upcoming cohort of the same course.
• Notice Received Between 7 and 13 Days Prior to Session 1: You are eligible for an 80% refund (a 20% administrative fee is retained to cover allocated laboratory seat provisioning) or a free transfer to a future scheduled cohort.
• Notice Received Less Than 7 Days Prior to Session 1: Due to strict cohort capacity caps (maximum 8 attendees), cancellations submitted less than 7 days prior to course start are non-refundable; however, you may transfer your registration to another colleague or reschedule once to a future cohort without penalty.

3. Rescheduling & Cohort Transfers

We understand that unexpected academic or professional commitments arise:

• Individual Students: You may request to transfer your registration to a future session up to 48 hours prior to the first module without incurring any rescheduling fees (maximum one complimentary transfer per enrollment).
• Missed Sessions (No-Shows): If you miss a live module due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with the session recordings, lecture notes, and offer a 30-minute one-on-one catch-up with an educator during office hours.

4. Organizational & Private Team Workshops

For private corporate or institutional team workshops:

• Written cancellation received at least 21 days prior to the scheduled workshop date is eligible for a full refund minus any non-recoverable custom curriculum tailoring expenses.
• Rescheduling of private team sessions is permitted with at least 10 business days’ advance notice.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

The following items and circumstances are non-refundable:

• Workshop sessions that have already been attended or completed.
• Tailored custom code reviews or bespoke curriculum development work already delivered.
• Students removed from a live session for severe violations of our academic code of conduct.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Timelines

To request a cancellation, refund, or cohort reschedule:

1. Send an email to hello@devlatticehub.click with the subject line Refund Request - [Your Name] - [Order/Invoice Reference].
2. Include your full name, email address used during registration, and the reason for the cancellation request.
3. Our administrative team will review your request and reply within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed immediately and returned via the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
